Corporate Governance

Corporate governance, based on the principles set forth in the Corporate Governance Code, dated October 30, 2014, is the basis for the activity of the Company. The Company’s corporate governance principles are based on, and comply with, the Corporate Governance Code. The Management and Board of Directors strive to treat the Company’s shareholders equal and just. The Board of Directors and other leading bodies holds integrity and legal qualification. The financial statements are audited by qualified and independent auditors, such that the provided financial statements give a correct picture of the Company’s operational and financial position. The Board of Directors are responsible for the implementation of appropriate principles for corporate governance and management of the Company. The Board of Directors reviews the Company’s corporate governance on a yearly basis.
